To ensure you are supported to reach your potential, AIM Business School students are assigned dedicated Academic Coaches throughout your learning journey.

AIM Business School is committed to ensuring our students reach their potential. As everyone is a unique individual with differing needs and wants as a learner, we assign each student with a personal Academic Coach to help guide you through your studies.

Academic Coaches are subject matter experts with years of practical experience who are here to help you form a rich and full understanding of the unit content through dialogue and discussion. Compared to unit facilitators, whose role is to provide structure and direction in your study to your whole class, your Academic Coach will be reactive and adapt to your specific needs.

Your Academic Coach is not a teacher and will not present you with information that you haven’t seen already in your readings and lectures. Instead, they will help you organise your own thoughts on the topics, identify connections between the learnings, and present ideas effectively in your assessments.
